Everything you need to know before starting a project — NDAs, pricing, revisions, formats, and timelines. Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.
Yes — absolutely. Before any project details, reference materials, or unreleased assets are shared, we sign a mutual NDA. Protecting your IP is non-negotiable for us. We have a standard NDA template ready, or we can sign yours.
Yes. Art-style matching is one of our core competencies. We ask you to share your style guide, existing in-game assets, concept art, and any reference images you have. Our artists study these before touching a single polygon. If your game already has shipped assets, we request a few examples specifically so we can calibrate materials, proportions, and silhouette language before production begins.
Yes. Every project is assigned a dedicated artist or lead who you can message directly via Discord, Slack, or email — whichever your team uses. There's no account manager layer filtering feedback. You talk to the people making your assets.
We adapt to your pipeline. Whether you need deliverables dropped into a shared Perforce depot, a Google Drive folder, or an Unreal source build, we'll match your workflow. We're experienced with Maya, ZBrush, Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset, and Unreal Engine 5.
Absolutely. Some of our favourite projects have been with solo developers. We offer flexible scoping for smaller budgets — for example, a single hero prop with full breakdown, or a modular kit at a fixed price. Use our Quote Estimator to get a rough number before reaching out.
Our response time is under 24 hours. Describe your project — even a rough idea is enough to get a conversation started.
